The Main Phone is the phone that all incoming calls come to first. All phones can be forwarded and unforwarded, but the Main Phone is most important. Once the Main Phone has been unforwarded, calls will come in to that phone.
8AM - UNFORWARD PHONES
1. On Main Phone, you will see a screen as shown below. At the bottom of the screen, you will see Menu. Press the button below Menu.
Use the directional arrows as shown below to scroll up and down the screen.
Scroll down to 2. Features and press the OK button in the center of the directional arrows to select.
Press OK to select 1. Call Forward as shown below.
Press OK to select Always Forward.
Use the right directional arrow to change 1. Always Forward to Off. Click OK.
5PM - FORWARD PHONES
1. On Main Phone, you will see a screen as shown below. At the bottom of the screen, you will see Menu. Press the button below Menu.
Use the directional arrows as shown below to scroll up and down the screen.
Scroll down to 2. Features and press the OK button in the center of the directional arrows to select.
Press OK to select 1. Call Forward as shown below.
Press OK to select Always Forward.
Use the right directional arrow to change 1. Always Forward to On. Forward to: should be the Office Manager Cell Phone. Click the button below Save.
Office Manager Cell Phone: 1-901-340-5268
Secondary Phone: 404
To forward calls to the secondary phone, delete the Office Manager cell phone and replace with 404.
