A Day In The Life Of An

Apex Wildlife Control is currently seeking an administrative professional for our small but growing Cordova office. Our practice is efficiently run, and well known for consistently being honest, caring, responsible, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of wildlife removal and relocation in this area. We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. This individual will need to have a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Job duties will include: answering the phone and providing information to our customers, scheduling, data entry, processing payments, converting customers files from paper to digital format, and able to work in a fast paced environment.


• Answer and direct phone calls

• Organize and schedule appointments

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Order office supplies

• Maintain contact lists

• Act as the point of contact for our customers

• Report to office manager


• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

• Team orientated but able to work independently

removal. We also specialize in sealing homes and businesses against wildlife.
